1. Will you share my information with other companies?
We will never share personal information including your e-mail address for any other reason than the law.

2. Do the ordered goods have to undergo customs clearance?
All goods in our shop are situated in the territory of the EU, so there are no additional costs such as customs and similar charges!

If you order goods in your country outside the EU, you will have to pay a customs duty.

3. What forms of payment are accepted?
We have the four payment options:


- Payment by bank transfer

- PayPal

- Credit card

- Cash on delivery option is possible only in these countries:

(Germany, Slovakia and Czech Republic).


4. From which country will you ship ordered items?

All items in our shop are in stock and we will ship usually next working day after cleared payment.

Items will be dispatched from Germany or from Czech Republic.

We use these courier services:

-Deutsche Post

-DHL

-Hermes

-DPD

-UPS

-Ceska Posta

Items will be shipped as recorded with tracking number. All these items are ready on our storage in central Europe. 


5. Can I use PayPal for the payment?
Yes.

6. How can I place an order?
To purchase online, on the "Buy Now" button, and you will be directed to your cart for review. Shopping can continue at this point, or just select the quantity you want. At this point you are ready to place your orders. Once your order and payment has been processed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

7. I made the purchase in your store, but have no confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your SPAM folder in your email box. 


8. How fast my order will be sent?
Once your order is processed for shipment, you will receive a shipment tracking number, so you have the ability to track your shipment. Ordered items will be shipped next working day after cleared payment.

9. How soon will I receive my order?
The shipping usually takes 2-4 business days (in Europe) from the date of receipt of payment (don't count weekends or holidays).

10. What happens if an item I order is not in stock?
In case that the item is not in stock, we will inform you about this current situation via phone or email. You can:

- wait for delivery of goods,or...

- we can swap for another items, or...

- cancel the order and receive a full refund.

11. What if I want to return a wrong item or something?
In case we slip and send the wrong item, please return it in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be also refunded. If you will order wrong items or want do you wish make some return, there will be 10% re-stocking fee plus shipping cost. The NEW-CONDITION items have to be in unused condition and in the original packaging. To return an item, please email us with the details of the order to hello@be.cheap and write your requests. 

12. What should I do if a product comes in a damaged condition?
We inspect all items before dispatch. We assure every item, but we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during delivery. If your product is damaged in transit, you must keep all packing and immediately contact shipping supplier.


13. What are my responsibilities as a buyer?
Although anyone can buy our products, you must be at least 18 years old to purchase arms (ie knives, laser, taser, etc.) of Self-Defense category. Some products from our assortment may not be legal in your country. Please check before completing the order, whether possession of the defensive device is in your country legal and that you do not break the law of your country. The buyer is solely responsible for determining and complying with all applicable local, state, federal and international laws regarding the possession and use of an item from be.cheap website. Ask your local and state laws before ordering if you are unsure. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered in a lawful manner and that he / she is of legal age, may be used. If you bought the forbidden goods in your country, our obligations of the seller to the buyer ends when we give the customer a tracking number for the package. Be.cheap store does not guarantee delivery of prohibited items in your country. Be.cheap store is not liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or one of our suppliers or dealers!
